Chad was able to come out very quickly after I called for an appointment. He was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He not only got our heat pump working, but also gave us the information we needed for the replacement we know is coming soon. I would definitely recommend this company!!

Kelly was very personal and listened to my electrical needs. He was friendly to my excited puppy which I really appreciated. Also, when his crew was having some challenges he quickly stepped in to offer help and advice. The way he treated his crew was commendable! Kelly also took extra time to explain the new electrical box we had installed. If you want a great team for any electric work, go with Kelly.

We had an issue with our ductless system, so we scheduled an appointment with Associated Heating. Our service technician was Tiffany and she was outstanding – knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and confident. She diagnosed the issue, fixed it and explained everything patiently so that we completely understood the problem. We couldn’t have asked for better service.

Called this morning and Chad came out early afternoon for an emergency response – heat pump went down Sunday afternoon. Got right on the problem and fixed it asap – good news when it is in the 90s day after day!

Alex called ahead of appointment, on time, professional, courteous, careful to contain mess and cleaned up everything and took it away. He explained the issue and replaced unit. A pleasure to work with and a tremendous asset to the company. Kelly came end of work day on a Friday to problem solve and was pleasant and cheerful none the less! Efficient, methodical, careful to keep area clean and talked through issue clearly. Very helpful!

Taylor & Stephen did fine work installing my two Mitsubishi air conditioning units. The electricians had come the day before so things went smoothly for the installers. I am very happy to have AC after so many days of 100+ degree weather in July 2024. I trust Associated Heating, as Tobin installed my gas furnace years ago. He even came by today, as he is now a supervisor. I’ve had good service from Associated all along & highly recommend their company.
