I love Top Rank and their annual VIP maintenance program where they come out twice a year to service my HVAC unit and swap out the filters for me! Plus I get priority appointments when it is hot they come out to me first!

Called because our unit was leaking water in the house. They showed up after 8, the owner himself. Walked me through what he was looking for and gave me some pointers on how to avoid costly repairs down the road. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Witnessed one of your drivers barreling down the highway at over 90 mph in one of your trucks while texting on his cell phone. Weaving in and out of traffic heading towards Sacramento at 730 am traveling south. That’s how accidents happen.

I want to begin by expressing my sincere gratitude for Jeremy and his team at Top Rank Heating and Air…. My AC went out on late Saturday night… I have used this company before and so I called on Sunday morning… I spoke with Melissa and told me Jeremy was on call to get him out to service my AC unit. Of coarse it was going to be 108 on Sunday….make a long story short my unit was dead… Jeremy made it happen for me to get a team out to install a new unit the next day…. Sure enough Joe knocked on my door at 7:00am with the team… let me tell you what a team… 6 guys!!!! They hit the ground running…. The service this company provided and experienced techs that handled my job was amazing to say the least…. I definitely RECOMMEND Top Rank for all your AC or Heating needs….. thank you thank you so much for a job well done!!!!!! I am forever grateful for all your hard work and commitment to your craft….
