The technicians arrived on time and were polite, respectful, and they got the job done much faster than we expected! Had external outlets and overhead lights put in. The quote process was easy and they took the time to explain the work they intended to perform. When the electricians were working, they were great with our dogs, polite, friendly, courteous of the house and tried to keep their work space clean. Took off 1 star because there seems to be a little miscommunication between the operations department and the workers. This caused some rework that needed to be performed. I suggest requesting a permit because this is the only way I found out there was a slight issue, the inspector caught it and required the rework be performed. Overall, the company is great to work with and provides slightly better pricing compared to 2 other competitors I got quotes from.
