We have Hassler come out every year for HVAC maintenance and they are doing a great job keeping our system in shape. The most recent service tech Kieanta Rice was very thorough and did a great job explaining the state of our HVAC.

The Hassler technician as usual – went beyond the minimum required to get my system working well. He discovered that the initial settings had favored and electrical connection and mine was gas, so he trouble did troubleshooting and everything works so much more smoothly now. I am greatly appreciative to Hassler always.

I was kept informed of when the technician would arrive. He arrived on time, was extremely polite, and very diligent in trying to track down why our AC didn’t seem to be working properly. Eventually, it was determined that no repair was really needed. The AC has been working as expected since then. We were only charged the very reasonable diagnostic fee even though the technician was at our home for about an hour and a half. I highly recommend this company.

Generally good service however they have not stayed true to their quoted prices and argued (play the tape). Be careful of their very distracted driving, they have been observed driving erratically in the neighborhood they are located (bayview ave). Very narrowly missed an oncoming car and continued to drift before correcting.

My project consists of upgrading my existing gas furnace to an electric heat pump system. I was fortunate to have Gabriel as my comfort advisor. Wow did Gabe impress me – not just with his incredible knowledge of HVAC (and Plumbing) systems but even more so his communication skills. I felt I would be in great hands with Hassler every step of the process – Gabe was able to instill that confidence in me. He was well versed in all the rebates available to me (federal, state, local level) which not many advisors are. His quote was extremely competitive and he turned it around lightning quick.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Another company told me that my furnace could not be repaired and would need to be replaced. The Hassler technicians were able to get it working without making any repairs. The other company was either incompetent or disreputable. In the future, I’m calling Hassler first!

Beware of this company. I was trying to go with a local company for my furnace yearly maintenance. I was pleased last year with the service so called them back this year. They told me the condensate pump was broken and had to be replaced and the part was $500 and if I didn’t replace it my unit could give out in a couple days. Stressed by this, i told them to replace it. I asked for the part model and number and it was not given to me so we had to go in the crawl space and get it ourselves. I just saw I was price gouged on the cost of the part. These pumps sell for around 60-100 online, my model less than $100. I called the part distributor and they confirmed it. If there were negative stars I’d give negative stars. Say ‘no’ if you are pressured to replace something and question this company.
