Leadership in their low voltage department is unethical, duplicitous, highly dishonest. The VP of their low voltage division has an enormously high opinion of himself, and is a complete narcissist. The type of person that will say one thing in a 1:1 discussion, and then completely change his tune when he is in front of his boss. He is a false, ineffectual leader. The level of backstabbing, and internal drama tolerated by leadership was astounding. I have never observed a business tolerate and enable such dysfunction. I witnessed “grown “men” in their 50’s throwing temper tantrums in the office, throwing things like a 3 year old, storming out, disrupting business, only to be welcomed back and given whatever he wanted to appease them. This is the type of behavior that is rewarded at Dynalectric in San Diego, and the buck stops with their CEO. The worst experience of my professional career by orders of magnitude. So glad to have moved onto a better organization with much better compensation, and zero tolerance for the culture that Dynalectric fosters.

I walked past this business’ Linda Vista location today and not a single one of the employees were wearing masks. If they can’t follow basic safety procedure, what else are they cutting corners on? I wouldn’t trust a single product from such an irresponsible company. Avoid at all costs.

So far so good. They’ve been very accommodating working here. They haven’t shunned me for being a CHRISTian and seem to be very diligent and thorough about everything they do. I pray I can keep up and YESHUA GOD ALMIGHTY bless you all!

Management yells for no reason, is condescending, and disrespectful. I complained about it. They fired me. End of Story.
