Called Jansens Heating and air they was quick and very nice went over and beyond to make sure I am happy with my estimate and they will be installing my new central air unit soon. Highly recommend them!

I just got a new Goodman Air Handler & Heat Pump installed. I knew I was in good hands from the very beginning when Eric Vansaghi thoroughly inspected my house & gave me a bid. The price was reasonable. I can’t say enough about the installers, Shawn Nowitzkea & Dylan Patch. This was an involved job with demo & installation. They worked in a hot miserable environment. They even cleaned up & vacuumed. Shawn explained how the thermostat works. I got the maintenance because it’s important to me that I don’t have to worry about filters etc. & it’s important that Jansens will be around in the future. Thank you again Eric, Shawn & Dylan. You guys are the best.

They have been my HVAC go-to team for years…they serviced my “old” furnace/AC…when I decided to replace it, they came out and we talked…I’ve gotten a new system, they talked me through it…I have a service contract and they come when I ask them to come out. Their techs are friendly and knowledgable. As I said before – they’re my go-to team…

On Saturday or heat quit working so I called and their response time was great. Mike came out and had it running again in no time. He was very polite and a pleasant person. Thanks Mike and Jansens.

Working with the salesman, Trevor, was a great experience. However, the great experience stopped there. Had Janesen’s increase the size of the returns in my ceiling. The attic in my home is spray foamed, however, when they installed the new return, they did not seal around it. This caused the warm air below to mix with the cold air in the attic and create water dripping from my ceiling. Caused water stains in my ceiling was well. Took a few times back and forth to make it right. Trent came out and I felt like I was basically lied to a few times. Finally Tim came out and made everything right (only reason for not giving 1 star). Tim was great and sent me photos along the way.

The guy that came out to my house on a Sunday figured out the source of the problem with my furnace pretty quickly and fixed it and I thank him for coming out on a weekend.
