Sure I’ll update you: Let me first start off with the “discounts” you are referring to are the original price I have been paying since I started your services. I never asked for a “discount” I merely asked to stay at my original price as agreed upon through Mike. Secondly, no one seemed to pay any attention to the fact that the two main things that I asked him to check while he was here last week we’re not addressed until today, which solved the issue. One was to open the dampers (which you guys installed and open and close in the attic at every spring/fall as per as my service), charge my system (because they mentioned last spring I might need it this year). So I paid for a cleaning of my coils that didn’t solve the problem. So in your own words you seem to agree that my son’s room damper was my problem. In that case I do expect a full refund. I have no problem with using another service provider since I have lost trust twice now with yours. I also have no problem providing the pictures and videos I took before and after my coil cleaning (NO DIFFERENCE). Also since nothing changed until my dampers were open seems like a tech problem as well. Since I mentioned to him and he didn’t do it and continued with I need a coil cleaning…. With all that being said I will also continue with their is no need to attack my business, you won’t find anyone that would vouch for any distrust from our business. I stand my word and by any agreements made. If I’m wrong I well correct it even if that meant a full refund. When you’re wrong you wrong. That means a lot to customers. Why would they stay a loyal customer once you have wronged them and didn’t stand by your words. If my “problem was a dirty coil” and that’s all he said EVEN AFTER WE TALKED ABOUT WHAT WE KNEW WE NEEDED, then why wouldn’t you be willing to refund for the coil cleaning? And keep the customer for future income? Makes no logical business sense. So until this is corrected I will keep my 1 star to reflect my honest opinion. Once someone admits the fault was not mine and willing to refund me, I will update my opinion. Original review: I have been paying the membership for many years now. This is the first real problem I had. I paid the $1600 on Friday, it was a “dirty coil problem that is only blowing at 50%”, that would fix it. Here we go Sat and Sunday still having the same problem. Yes I know it’s “hot outside and my system is struggling in the heat”. But here is the thing EVERY YEAR IS HOT, and this is the first time this is happening so don’t tell me that again please. One room in the house is HOT not blowing cold air at all. One room freezing and the rest of the house is warm. Thermostat is constantly 4-8 degrees off what it’s set to. I have it set 74 in house most days. Not a lot of windows, not cooking in the house, and doors are only open a few quick times. Also at night is the same problem as the day.

Lance came to the house to do a routine check up and ended up having to leave and come back twice. He said, “I’ll be here 12 hours if I need to in order to get your air conditioner fixed.” He went above and beyond and I couldn’t ask for a better technician working on my unit.

THANK YOU TRIPLE PLAY!!!! If l could l would rate you a 10 because the A/C and Electrical box you installed for me saved me from the extreme heat. My A/C went out in June and the temperature was 89 degrees in my home. Mike, Owner, came to my home and he said, Mrs. Banks, don’t worry I’m going to make sure you get an A/C unit and he did!!! His team, Heather, Trish, Steve, Austin, DJ and Neal were very helpful, professional, respectful and kind. Triple Play arrived at my home on time and with a smile. They showed respect to me and my home. The manner in which they handled the task is commendable and their price for the service is very reasonable. Upon completion of the service they cleaned up the area where the work was done. I’m very impressed with Triple Play and Highly recommend them for your A/C need. Not only will you get excellent service you get an excellent team to work with you. Mike, Owner, was involved during the entire process and he followed up to make sure l was a happy customer and l am. I will be contacting TRIPLE PLAY in the future for some electric work. Great Service is what you get with TRIPLE PLAY and Mike, Owner is a man of his words!!!! Give TRIPLE PLAY a call for service and you won’t regret it because they give EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!

Austin Zellmer was our HVAC tech for Triple Play and came out for maintenance tune-up for our Amana (Goodman) system which was installed in 2018. Everything was running fine but with hot weather arriving now in June it was time for some preventative measures to prevent any untimely failures before the triple digits hit. Austin Z was able to diagnose a couple potential points of failure: a weak start capacitor and an unfused hard wired main power connect box on outside wall both of which can strain/kill the high dollar compressor. Two days later came out and he quickly replaced the start capacitor and installed a hard start booster piggyback that lets the system start up easily putting less strain on the compressor and prolonging its life. He also installed a new main power disconnect box on the wall which now has fuses to protect the system from power surges, Austin did a great job of explaining our options to keep our system running great ahead of another hot OK summer and installed it all quickly and efficiently on a very toasty June day on the south side of the house – thank you sir for the cool air- Tom and Christine M
