Scheduled Servair after the company that installed our units didn’t show up twice for scheduled appointments. Kyle with Servair was awesome. He was on time, professional and was willing to discuss any questions we had. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

My vacation tenant contacted me at 6:15pm that the AC was not working. The company that my owner usually uses was closed. I knew the tenants had a packed house, a dog, and a baby and my temporary AC unit would not work so I called Servair because I knew the company was opened til 8. Andy answered right away and said he could be there in 45 min. The AC was working an hour and 15 min after the tenant contacted me. They were very pleased and said that Andy was very nice and professional. We had a very happy tenant and thank you Servair for making our job easy. Andy was very communicative with me, professional, and very nice. The price was very reasonable for a Starter capacitor and he even drained the line and serviced it.

Good job Servair. I have enjoyed working with this company. They have been fast, on time and polite. Colby was very informative of the process and how it works. Alisha in the office is great, she was very helpful in the scheduling and keeping me informed. I would definitely recommend Servair to anyone in the New Smyrna area. The install crew also did a good job I did not catch their names, but start to finish good job. Keep up the good work see you at my free 1 year check up.

Kyle was able to troubleshoot our air conditioner, and fix the issue. The issue that Advanced Air had created. Very professional. Servair is definitely our new choice for A/C problems.

I saw ServAir’s truck across the street at my neighbor’s when coincidentally, my unit had begun blowing warm air today. I work-from-home, so my 20-year-old son went over to ask the tech if he could come take a look at what he thought was a bad capacitor. He let my son know that he was still working across the street but would come over to us as soon as he was done. I almost half expected him to forget. Not only did he not forget, he gave us the option to replace what was in fact a bad capacitor on-the-spot. He showed my son what he was doing, finished up in just a few minutes, and entered my info to have the invoice sent direct to my email for payment. Colby is an asset to the company, and an all around good human. Thanks again, Colby, and thanks ServAir.

Fixed my problem with some condensation coils but later had a major leak. Called and came out to fix the problem.. Great service.

Chris and his company have done work for me at various stages and properties for 20 years now and they have always provided great service and product. He has just finished up a job on my new home and has once again done a fine job making sure the units were charged up and running properly and efficiently. I always recommend this company and its folks for new construction and regular service needs as they are knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. Thank you again Chris and staff.

We just had Frank come and fix our AC. Frank is usually the one that always comes to help us. He is amazing! He is professional, personable and fast with the service every time. He is always punctual and gets the job done quickly. We appreciate having him as an employee for Servair. We are always happy when he’s finished. I give Servair and Frank 5 stars!!
