Lanigan was able to fit me in very quickly (next day as requested). A rodent had fallen into my AC condenser unit and met an untimely end due to the fan blades. Zack and Dylan came out, and they were able to ensure the unit was working properly after the incident. They also cleaned the unit, removing both the rodent victim and built-up cottonwood & other plant stuffs. The team seemed very knowledgeable when it came to the inspection and routine maintenance. They were able to perform all of the work in a timely manner and made sure my house was getting cool again. I would definitely call them again in the future, and would recommend them to anyone looking for timely, trustworthy HVAC work. Thanks Lanigan!

Service was tremendous … originally scheduled for 3-5 finished a job early and called to come earlier – techs were pleasant, courteous, and diagnosed the problem quickly – two blown 30 amp fuses most likely from power surge – AC working and customer extremely happy and no longer sweating … TY Lanigan HVAC my go to company!

Lanigan Heating & Air Conditioning recently installed a gas line for our BBQ and pizza oven, and we couldn’t be happier with their service. Dan and his team were true professionals. They were prompt, communicated well, and their attention to detail was impressive. The quality and craftsmanship of their work exceeded our expectations. Not only did they install the gas line flawlessly, but they also left the work area spotless. It’s the little things that set them apart—like coming back to add a final finishing touch on our deck. And talk about accommodating! Lanigan made sure we could use our BBQ and pizza oven for July 4th. Elizabeth in the office was also a pleasure to work with—efficient and friendly. Lanigan Heating & Cooling will definitely be our go-to for any HVAC needs in the future. Highly recommended!

The Deepwood HOA Board received Lanigans name and info from a resident who had his A/C replaced. Great price. Dan from Lanigan gave us a quote that was $1500.00 cheaper than a competitor. He put in 4 A/C units in our clubhouse. Great job!! They were quick and the work they did was perfect. We actually added their contact info to our newsletter.
