Shawn arrived within a couple of hours after my call, on one of the hottest days of the year. He was able to fix my problem pretty quickly and get my air conditioner back on. Enjoyed working with him and will definitely call him again.

Fast, efficient, and highly knowledgable! These gentleman quickly diagnosed an issue with my wiring where several of my light switches weren’t functioning correctly. They even went above and beyond and re-wired some of the existing switches to ensure longevity at no extra cost! Truly A+ service, and if I ever need additional electrician services (hopefully I won’t) they’ll be the first I call.

Shawn has been the most reliable and excellent electrician I have ever encountered. He responded right away when a tree took out our power line, and even coordinated to have the tree removed, the lawn maintained, the breaker and meter and other electrical equipment restored, and the energy company to reconnect the power within a day. He takes care of the people of Durham and does his work with integrity. He will always be my first call with electrical issues, and I cannot recommend him enough.

My mom’s water heater went bad and she wanted to upgrade to an electric water heater, so she needed new power for it. He came and looked at our current panel box on the first day and made a game plan and came back the next day and did everything to get our box up to date. All we had to do was wait for the water heater to get installed and then he came back that same day to connect power to the water heater. And he explained everything while doing it. If your looking for an electrician I’d highly recommend.

Shawn and his team fixed a very simple (for them!) problem at our house. Even though it was a small job he said “no job is too small” and kindly helped me out. On top of that, while I was a difficult client (not home when I said I would be) he generously came twice to my house. I felt so bad but he was so kind! Thank you, thank you!

Very great team! Shawn took my call on a holiday, and scheduled an appointment next day. He was friendly, knowledgeable and fixed my somewhat complex situation quickly! He even walked me through what I was doing wrong to teach me a thing or two which I could appreciate! Know who I’m calling when I have any electrical needs moving forward!
