Definitely 5-star experience! Booked an online appointment after coming home late in the evening to find AC was out. A prompt text message the next morning confirmed that Zach was on his way. He was extremely professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had the part replaced in minutes! Could not have asked for a better experience!!

Mr.Kenny went above and beyond to get my my HVAC system up and running….it was a big challenge and Kenny and the other gentleman worked diligently on it until they were Confident it was working and cooling as it should have been……and most of all…. I called Hunter Super Techs this morning when I realized that one of our A/C units wasn’t cooling. They scheduled me for a 2:00 to 4:00 window. Jacob, the technician, called just before noon, to say he was on the way! In just over an hour he had diagnosed and fixed the problem and he also checked the other unit, to make sure that it wasn’t developing any problems. I will continue to use Hunter Super Techs whenever I have an A/C or heating problem. They are polite and efficient. They explain what they need to do to fix the system and then take care of the problem. This is the second time this summer that we’ve needed our A/C fixed and Hunter Super Techs has done an excellent job both times! We just had Jesus out. He did a wonderful job, though he wasn’t able to totally fix our issue.

Thank you, C3-Austin, this particular service tech has been out to our home a couple times and both times he conducted himself very professional and knew his job. I would highly recommend Hunter Super Techs to anyone. The only downside is that heating and air is very expensive, therefore it is worth the membership and helping you save a small percentage of discount on parts and services. Thank you!

MY HUSBAND MET ZACK AT OUR HOME TODAY. I WAS ABLE TO SEE ZACK THROUGH OUR CAMERAS AND LISTEN TO HIM AS HE EXPLAINED SOME OF THE PROBLEMS. ZACK WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS TO MY HUSBAND. HE WENT OVER OVERTHING WITH HIM AND CHECKED EVERYTHING THAT PERTAINED TO OUR AIRCONDITIONING UNIT AND HOW IT SHOULD PROPERLY WORK. THANK YOU, ZACK, FOR BEING THERE FOR US.
