Excellent customer service! Called team out to repair dryer – they made it spin, but it still didn’t heat when they left. Came back and fixed it at no charge, super apologetic. Our dishwasher happened to break in the time between the two dryer visits – they told us it was dead for good, so they charged us only half of the diagnostic cost (not sure if it was also a make good for having to come back a second time for the dryer, but we were grateful!) Will definitely be using this company again in the future!

I had Galaxy Appliance repair a leaking washing machine and a Viking Cook top fan. In both instances they correctly diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. The installation was completed in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. They were very prompt and on time to diagnose and fix the issues. I highly recommend Galaxy Appliance.

Galaxy’s technician was fantastic! Our AC system died on us RIGHT as we were selling our house, and RIGHT during the worst Bay Area wildfire season in years. Naturally. Thankfully, Galaxy Appliance Repair had an opening for their technician to come out the very next day, and he was everything you’d want your repairman to be: prompt, knowledgeable, skilled, and totally professional. He fixed our AC system in about 30 minutes, and it’s been working wonderfully ever since. The new homeowners even commented on how much better it works than their old house’s! Haha.

Prompt response to fix capacitor issue.. gave me a quote over the phone on potential cost for repair of the capacitor.. showed up in the next 30 mins and then replaced capacitor within minutes. Very professional and got the job done right. You get what you pay for.
