Joe was Great! from start to finish! He knows his line of work well. Knowledgeable about our model of AC, and was fast to identify the problem, and part needed was on the truck. He is professional, kind, respectful, informative, and helpful. He did all what he said he would, and cleaned up afterward. He went over items we may need 3 or 4 years down the road to consider, and of optional items that I wasn’t aware of, that was good to know. No pressure, it was nice! Side Note: Our first contact with Mackey Co. was Amanda in the Office, She was amazing as well! Excellent customer service, so friendly and had our account and appointment all setup in minutes. Great first impressions for this business. This is the company we choose for our AC maintenance!

Mackey Mechanical came through quickly for me. One of my properties was without power for 4 days, then AC wouldn’t run. Called the after hours service to schedule an appointment and Technician Heath Marquez had the unit running before noon the next day. Thanks for the prompt, professional service
