I would avoid these guys at all costs! We had a new furnace put in back in Feb 2022 and it has been nothing but trouble. (They’ll probably say l wasn’t a customer in reply it was thru our home warranty and my spouse’s name) we had to pay an extra $2500 to “bring things up to code” we had a new AC installed by a different company and as we were talking they never ran the intake outside like l paid them for, have had nothing but issues with the furnace since it was installed) luckily the company that completed the ac install fixed all of the issues, and said that Connett is known for doing subpar work if you’re going to spend a few grand on a furnace or AC absolutely do not use these guys! Ive been told their under new ownership but nothing has changed!!!!

Connett came through again on a HVAC issue at the house. They answer their calls and are straight forward and helpful on their scheduling and technician visits. Pete the technician was friendly and straight forward and diagnosed our A/C issue and provided options for repair and replacement. We trust them from work they’ve done before and look forward to a new A/C system for the house. Mike and his partner did a great job today installing our new A/C system and hauling away the old parts. They were on-time, easy to work with, and careful with our home. Thank you!

Connett came out quickly on a hot weekend, walked us through the repair and costs. The service was great, costs were reasonable, and all our questions were answered. Highly recommended! Ask for Juan!
