We had a new breaker box installed on the outside of our house a couple of months ago. Tim, Dave and his team were amazing! They showed up on time, were professional, friendly and very hard workers. The job they did was outstanding! My wife and I are very happy customers!!

I called Williams and Sons for an issue with our breaker box a week ago in the morning. The lady asked if the matter should be labeled urgent and I said yes. She indicated someone would call me back. By mid-day I hadn’t heard from anyone so I called back. I was told that they were busy and they asked to confirm my contact information. Everything was correct. A week later – still no call back. I called a different electrical company and got an appointment set right away. My takeaway is that Williams and Sons decides which jobs are worth its time and ignores the rest.
