I had an entire system installed in 2020 and change filters religiously but every year since install I have encountered and issue with the unit. I called today and no time did anyone advise service charge would be more due to holiday, instead just dispatched a tech and then charged me over $1000 for something that should have been under warranty. When I called the office to attempt reach a reasonably resolution given that there was no disclosure. Leslie was rude and took no ownership in being deceptive in her approach claiming it was early when I called. I should have asked but given the 4 year relationship I expect they would have advised before sending a tech. I will never do business with this company again and BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

Our technician, Javier, showed up as scheduled and diagnosed and fixed the issue in a very timely manner. He was also very polite and explained everything to our satisfaction. Highly recommend.

Damian came out and serviced our unit as part of the maintenance program. He did an outstanding job of making sure everything was working properly. He completed a thorough cleaning of the outside unit as well. He was polite and courteous. Great job James and Damian!

Fast response time. Damian was very knowledgeable and polite. He repaired two problems with my AC and explained what caused the issues. He also wired a fuse to the circuit to prevent future issues. He was fast and very confident in his work. I’ve used 2 other AC repair companies and this has been by far my favorite.
