To be clear. There are Two companies with same name. I’m using the one, Owner is Tracy in Conway. I called for several different services here in town, but days & weeks later not one replied. These literally heroes responded ASAP today, I did not have to spend another night in heat. Tom was professional, patient and communicated, several different affordable options, I could consider. Was not Sus’ or uncomfortable at anytime. I will be a keeping there number from now on. Thank you Cheers

Awesome work. Walter was very informative and explained everything to me what the issues were. Great prices. Tracey is a great guy got back with me and helped schedule his guy coming out today. I had previously got a quote from another company and it was all lies I was told more was wrong with my unit and was told I basically needed a new one and was given an outrageous cost. Tech services quoted me on a new unit just in case and was right off the top 3 k less. These guys are amazing and have my recommendation.

A+ for response time, F for RIPPING OFF HOMEOWNER on a relative NEW BUILD covered 100% under warranty for which technician said WAS NOT. TOTAL LIE. JUST DON’T. There are MORE REPUTABLE companies out there.

***Edit to add: ServiceWorks Mechanical Solutions came out for an inspection and within a standard inspection found that there was a leak in the coils and is fixing it for us. They verified it is a covered warranty issue under Lennox and should have been addressed last summer. Tech Services was out 3 separate times and couldn’t find the issue.*** Scott, who i spoke with this morning is unprofessional and outright told me he thought i was lieing about paying another company to fill out refrigerant last spring. This company is who our whole neighborhood is through for labor warranty for our hvac systems. There are complaints non stop on our neighborhood chats about this company and home owners hiring outside companies to complete work despite the warranty. We had an issue last spring in which our AC wasn’t keeping the house cool and air Temps didn’t feel very cold coming out of the register. A different company came and looked at the system for us and filled the refrigerant, which was almost out, and stated that we should go through Tech Services for any repairs since they would be covered under warranty. Tech services came out three different times, two seperate techs, and stated there is nothing wrong with outer system. This spring we have the same issue and most likely the refrigerant is the issue again. Upon calling them I was told that the warranty is over and that we would have to pay, despite them not finding and fixing the problem last year. Avoid this company for all reasons and pay a little extra if needed for quality work.

Damper failed after less than 5 years Even after a discussion with the owner, a warranty issue was not honored/ managed appropriately

At the beginning of August the motor to the blower in our HVAC system blew. A quick phone call to Tech Services had them out within a couple of hours (on a Sunday no less) and confirmed it. They installed a universal motor early the next day then returned once the OEM motor was in and changed it out. Eric was quick and on-time. We have used Tech services since we bought our town home and have never been disappointed.

Fixed ac soon as part came in..very nice secretary and owner.couple techs had bad personalitys..otherwise great company..

These guys are great! I trust them with 5 rental properties and 3 businesses. Alway prompt, efficient and trustworthy.

Their tech drives insanely on hwy 90! I would never call this company for anything!
