Love, Love this place and the people. Very professional and friendly, it’s a true family style business with everyone looking out for the betterment of the company and its success. Seamless process from the inception in 2021, with my only hiccups being my having to deal with my local HOA, outside of that, ARK Generators have been there for me each and every time. Once my battery exploded, they were on the spot and installing a new one. With the recent Beryl fiasco, sent them an email after hours and Tim calls be back to calm me down and walk me through what i needed to calm down…generator is was running just fine, I was just panicking per the time it had been running. I continue to recommend these guys to everyone I know, just because they make you feel special, treat you with respect and integrity and most of all, listening to the technicians talk about the company and owners proves just how much they cherish their customers and business etiquette. Well done Ark Generators you are a great group of folks

I am a 72 retired teacher, & single mom of 2 adult autistic sons. One lives with me. A friend recommended ARK, I paid $450 for a year service agreement on 1/24/24 & asked them to return 7/2024 for the follow up 6mo service. Beryl beat them, On 7/8/2024 that cat1 storm blew into Katy, Power went off & on about 8 times in quick succession as 100mph winds hit. It blew out half the Kohler breakers! The generator was only on half power. I called ARK daily asking for Eric or a technician to RETURN MY CALL to tell me how to replace the breakers that blew out 10 days ago. NO one EVER returned my call! NO ONE!! 7/15/24 I called 3 times. NO communication! Only their answering service answers & takes my name & number. They must have gone out of business.!!!!! I want a refund on that so called service agreement & find a company that can return calls !! Thanks for leaving me stranded! Would you treat your grandmother the way you treat a paying customer! I will report to BBB, & STATE!

ARK Generators Conroe, TX These guys are phenomenal. They really care about theirs customers and are dedicated to helping people. I would recommend them to everyone who has a generator or is thinking of buying one Literally restored my faith in humanity 🙏

I called Tuesday and ask about getting an oil filter and oil for myself and a friend. I was told by the lady that she believed they did have a limited amount. I drove by at about 5pm. Even though they were extremely busy and working under adverse conditions with all the damage from Hurricane Beryle, the gentleman took the time to help me out. I know during such times it is difficult to please everyone. My need was minor in comparison to all they had going on, but he still took the time. It was much appreciated. Thanks Again

Just after Beryl, a few weeks after a service, The Generator doesn’t work. No support, no warranty. I will never use them again

Do not sign up with them for service!!! They require prepayment. I paid. Two weeks later They did not show up call or email me. I finally talked with manager Heather and she said no refunds and they don’t know when they can come out!!! Awful awful customer service! I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I bought my Generac generator from this company eight or nine years ago. They perform program maintenance at least once a year. I also have the monitoring system on the unit. Everything about the company and the unit is first rate. The very responsive when called.

On a maintenance program with them and generator was serviced less than a month ago. Generator now not working and now the storms hit and we don’t have power. I’ve called 3 times today and can’t get anyone to schedule a time to come repair.

I visited Josh today while in the eye of the hurricane (literally). My generator had stopped working this morning and telephone lines were not cooperating so I decided to stop by their shop. Josh was very helpful, contacted two of his service technicians, and Casper and Hector had me up and running very quickly. Thanks for all your help in a time of need Josh. Great customer service, Casper and Hector are both very professional, personable, and quality technicians.

Myself and several neighbors went searching for fixed home generators for each of our houses. This search included 5 different vendors, all of which offered Generac & some also had Kohler generators. Complete installation prices in some cases varied by over $3,000.00 for the same needs. Ark Generator in Conroe was one of the 5 vendors and ended up being chosen by each neighbor to handle their purchase and installation. Mr Tim Weaver, representing Ark Generator, did an outstanding job working with each of us and getting each of us what we needed and wanted. The installation crew was very knowledgeable, neat and professional in all that they did. The attention to detail was spot on. Highly recommend Ark Generator!!
