This electrical company was assigned to do work though my Home Warranty. Kevin was extremely rude on the phone when I asked if they had any other time slots available than the one that was assigned to me. He didn’t inquire about a different date or time, just stated that they were SO busy with multiple other calls, the drive to Indy was long, and he couldn’t help me. Had my warranty company remove him from service for our work and advised that they should not use K&K as a vendor moving forward due to a severe lack in customer service.

The person (kevin i think) who answered the phone was dodgy and condescending. I asked clear yes or no questions and he would go into long speeches about things i didnt ask about because they are intuitive and simple. Then i had to be more direct and ask why he didn’t want me to make it easier for his guys to actually get it and be able to work by making sure someone is home. He hung up and cancelled the appointment. Grown men should be intelligent enough to have a conversation with someone asking yes or no questions without trying to prove something ugh

Our AC unit installed in 2021 by this company. We turned the AC on for the season and it does not get cold. The system is only 2 years old and shouldn’t already be having issues..

This crew was great – they upgraded my old knob and tube wiring throughout my house. I would absolutely use them again. They were super-responsive, courteous, professional – and very clearly knew what they were doing.
