Sam at Mr. Sparky completed a large, whole-house electrical project for us during our new home renovation. Our project spanned multiple days, and each day, Sam was super friendly, a great communicator, showed up exactly when he said he would and did an excellent job on all of the various things we asked him to do! The other guys who assisted him on my project were also very nice+polite and hard-working. Sam was flexible in accommodating additional tasks I asked of him, and he clearly and happily answered all of my questions throughout the project. The entire experience was pleasant, and Sam established a great deal of trust with me which I very much appreciate. I won’t hesitate to reach back out to Mr. Sparky when I have more renovation projects around the house! Thanks, Sam!
