Top notch service! My tech, Zachary, started troubleshooting with the easiest and less expensive issues first and worked his way to the more complicated options. He eventually found the issue, submitted the warranty for it and fixed it same day! Just had another service with Incredible HVAC and my technician Jason was amazing. He got started quickly upon arrival. He asked me a serious of questions and was able to pinpoint the issue as soon as he heard my answers. Jason was able to fix the issue in less than 30 minutes and provided me with some extra helpful maintenance tips to keep my units clean and running smoothly.

Incredible HVAC saved the day. We were due for an inspection, but our ac/heat pump activated the water overflow safety feature which caused our thermostat display to go blank. No display, no A/C. Jason our service technician was awesome. He took the time to explain to us how to properly clear the water overflow pipe somwe ould do it ourselves in the future. He also explained everything he was doing for the tune up as he went along. In addition he gave us tips to extend the life of our unit. Thanks Jason and Incredible HVAC. I definitely recommend this company. Great experience all the way.
