Your technician, Alex, notified me by txt msg when he was coming to my plsce and arrived in a timely manner. When I described the problem–doorbell not ringing– he took his tools to diagnose the problem and went to work. He removed the worn-out connectors and replaced them with new replacements. We tested the doorbell. “Ding Dong” was the sound. Problem solved. Satisfied customer. Good Price. Emerson
