They sent a tech out to diagnose our air conditioner. They couldn’t figure it out and said it was an electrical problem. Charged me $80 for nothing and left. Turned out to be a fuse which I replaced myself. Most places would have figured this out and taken care of it. Just cost me more time and research.

Almost every time they’ll have the parts you need on hand, if they don’t- they’ll order whatever you need. The technicians are awesome and very knowledgeable. I needed advise on a Sat afternoon and the man in the Clearfield store was very helpful to diagnose the problem with my AC unit fan. He didn’t upsell me on a more expensive part that I didn’t need. I will trust them to offer me honest assistance.

My Dad has been recommending this company for years. I completely understand why. The quality of service and professionalism shown by Adam while fixing my dishwasher was absolutely phenomenal. Adam was so patient with all my dumb questions. When my four year old told him that the dishwasher broke because she “let in a bug and it went into the dishwasher and broke it.” Adam said well that’s too bad let’s see what we can do to get that bug out. I can’t stress what a great job he did.

After the heating element went out on our dryer. I called Alan at the Clearfield location and he had the exact part I needed. I was able to pick up the part the same day and fix our dryer. Parts for appliances are not easy to find, so it’s awesome these guys carry them. Thanks again!

I can’t say enough good things about this company and about Alan specifically!! He is so incredibly helpful no matter what issue we’re dealing with! Alan has helped us a lot throughout the years. We’ve needed a water heater, an AC capacitor, and an AC fan motor. All of which Alan was able to help us get the right parts for and share his knowledge on how to do the work ourselves to save money. He is incredibly knowledgeable about anything and everything and willing to share that knowledge so we don’t fail during our DIY projects to save money. We’ve saved so much money by being able to buy parts at a really great price, and do it ourselves with Alan’s instructions. So grateful to have someone like Alan to call and get the help we need for any issue we’re dealing with! There’s no other place I’ll ever go! Highly recommend!!

Once again the best place ever to get appliance parts. I called to see if they had my dryer parts. I was explaining it in different terms “and then it has the little triangle thingys. And the spinning rod thing clips in” the guy on the phone knew what I was trying to explain. I was going to buy all the parts and change them out. He told me how to check a specific part. I took pictures and headed down from Brigham. It was worth the drive to get the right parts and the right customer service!

Kearsley Service Center gave me a time frame of 12-5pm, so I wasn’t expecting to have someone on my doorstep at 12:15…Kerry was patient, and efficient!
