Cullen removed the knob-and-tube wiring in our 100 year old house and gave us new wiring and a new panel. They are THE BEST. We got a few quotes before starting; Lili and her team are clearly the experts in the Cincinnati area for this kind of work. Cullen understood problems unique to old homes and provided creative solutions, they added new outlets and fixtures where requested, and they were communicative and friendly throughout the entire process. They recommended Shannon Hinton to help repair and paint our plaster and he has been equally fantastic.

Cullen Electric rewired my daughter’s 100 year old house. They did a fantastic job. The house had been partially rewired but much of the house had tube and knob wiring that had to be replaced. The Cullen electricians Mac and Josh brought the house up to code. They were very professional and completely finished the job on schedule and budget.

Called Cullen electric for service mid-day yesterday. They showed up by 8am today and by 8:30ish the had the problem diagnosed and fixed the previous guy told me half my house needed rewired turns out the ground wire in one outlet was grounded out they fixed it in 30 minutes or less and saved me a ton of money. The two guys who showed up were excellent in every way. I will definitely be recommending and using them in the future. Side note shout out to webn and kidd kris for the recommendation.

Disorganized chaos. I paid Cullen around 5k to install LEDs, fans, switches throughout my house. What was supposed to be a 2 day job was dragged out for 4 months due to them showing up with the wrong lights, the wrong tools, forgotten appointments, and radio silence when trying to get a hold of them. The biggest hurdle was setting up two 3way switches in my kitchen on opposite sides of the room to control the lights. After a month of waiting for them to get a long drill bit that they needed to complete the job they showed up without the tool and said my only option was to take a short cut that would not accomplish what we wanted in the 3 way switches. I also have 2 different colored sets of lights in my kitchen that look horrible together. I finally gave up on them and now I’ll have to hire a new electrician to finish their job. They seem like good guys and they mean well but paying that kind of money and not finishing the job leaves a bad taste in your mouth. They seem to be experiencing some significant staffing shortages like everyone is right now and it shows. Will is a good guy but communication with him was a struggle at times. Duncan was fantastic and did his best to put out the fires that arose from planning and communication problems.

Cullen had met our customer service expectations prior, during 2020; however, they have since faltered with poor communication, a cancellation, and showing up at our home without a courtesy call at 8:10am. We moved on from their services.

I cannot sing the praises of the guys who came out to install two light fixtures for us in our two-story foyer and family room. They were professional, on time, friendly, competent and courteous. They took care of our floors by putting down a blanket, then vacuumed up afterwards to make sure the house was put back together. They even threw away the boxes light bulbs came in! Really impeccable job – I highly highly recommend their services!

Overall very please with the work. Cullen did a complete rewire of a house we purchased to update it modern code and replace knob and tube. On time everyday , super polite, and went out of their accommodate all of our needs. Would definitely use again
