I needed to get some work done before my house sold, around Christmas time. I called everywhere and they were all booked up. NCE was the only company I could get to come out. Tim made the time to come out and get me an estimate/ talk through the work that needs to be done. He was very honest on time frames/ the cost/etc. and we got done what needed to be done. Very pleasant to work with him and everyone at the company, I’m incredibly thankful they were able to help me out with such a short time frame! Y’all are awesome! Highly recommend for honest and friendly service!

I noticed my furnace wasn’t heating on the first cold day of the season. I went was able to schedule North Country from their website for the next business day morning (I didn’t want to pay an emergency/weekend surcharge). The technician, Jonathan, showed up on time, explained and showed me the issue then resolved it all within an hour, but waited to ensure everything was working properly before leaving. Overall, I was impressed with North Country from start to finish.

We were supposed to get estimates from Tim within a few days for installing our new Generac standby generator, hooking up our new 12 x 24 Shop, and also converting our outdated circuit breaker box to the outside of our home.. however, never heard back from the guy.. he stated we would have to buy 100 amp trans. Switch was a few extras, we stated we would try the company to see if they would swap, but we knew that wasn’t really a thing to Company would do, and we told him to go ahead, was giving us the estimates at the worst cost ..and sounded like we had a plan and he was going to provide a couple estimates and he never called or emailed or anything..best thing to do with communication issues is to call The customer.. it’s not my job to check back with the electrician.. he already had what he needed for information, apparently to give us the answers or estimates we need to move on.. we went with East Hill and our Generac generator was hundred amp transfer Switch is running great. And they came out immediately and gave me an estimate the same day. East Hill did the electric not the gas that was my local propane company!

Tim was able to obtain parts for my furnace quickly even after hours. Easy to work with, and even got in contact the following day to insure the furnace was having no further issues. Would highly recommend.

We were in search of someone to upgrade electrical service at our family lake property. Our biggest dilemma was not being able to be there when work was done. I was able to hand over a key and not have to worry. Tim is trustworthy and kept us informed as the project progressed He helped us understand the cost involved and keep us within our budget.
