H&R did a wonderful job adding electrical service to a newly built garage. Thanks to Brian Frion for thoroughly surveying the area and giving us a couple of options he thought would work and letting us choose the option we wanted. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and the actual cost came in close to what he quoted. I would highly recommend H&R Electric if you need any electrical work done. Thanks!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My wife and I had a quote done to wire up some baseboard heaters in a upstairs office. My wife was here for the quote and initial installation. Shortly after their first visit we had power surges in the kitchen, half bathroom and downstairs. The electrician who did the install was sent over to “look” into the issue. He told ME that we were using the wrong bulbs. I have lived here for 10 years and NEVER had any issues UNTIL he was here. He put his bulbs in and it still did the same thing. He then said that all the light fixtures needed to be replaced. Again, I have been here for 10 years, no issues. After telling him NO, it was something he did during the installation he mysteriously found a loose wire or something in the new box. No more than a week or two later, we have more power surging but now it’s moved into our full bathroom and master bedroom. I called and gave them two options. Come fix this, or I’ll have another outfit tear all of your work out and find what you’ve done wrong. They sent a big tall office guy with 473 years experience, or so he said and a younger electrician. They came up with something as to why it was happening and that younger electrician spent around 6 hours here “fixing” the problem. After he left I went and checked his work and my sump pump, chest freezer and every outlet in the basement had NO power. I called and that electrician came back and fixed that. FIVE times they were here. FIVE! On top of that, we have another bill from them for close to $600.00. Did I mention they were here FIVE times?! At this point, I will NOT be paying them a dime more. If anything, my wife and I should be refunded for their terrible work and having to be here FIVE different times. If H&R Electric was the last electrical company on the planet. I would go without power!

I called on Thursday, they came Friday. Fixed the problem in 30 minutes. Very happy with the service.

Quick response called on Tues Jake checked it out Thursday and repaired y Scott Friday in less than 2 hours. Great quality work. Makes you feel more than a number. Cleaned up after and explained the issues.
