Technician installed 240 v outlet in my garage to plug in a EV Charger. Tyler (the tech.) was great and very professional. Price was good also. Life is good!

Service requested for AC that wasn’t cooling properly. Capacitor replaced. Reported compressor was failing. AC worked briefly. Called the original installer for service for same issue/second opinion. It was determined that the compressor passed test (reported as working effectively), the coils had not been cleaned, and the unit had been overcharged by previous tech with 1 lb of Freon needing to be removed. I made multiple attempts to contact the company with a complaint. The general manager was supposed to call me back. Issue was addressed via email. While I appreciate the refund for 1 lb of Freon that wasn’t necessary I am disappointed in the service that was provided and the way my complaint was handled. I will NOT be using this company again. Potential customers beware!!!

I’ve used Robertson for 2 major electrical jobs including the main line to my house and a new HVAC. AW, Joe and his team are top notch. When AW showed up for a quote, he provided a straightforward and genuine proposal at the best price. They did what they said they would do and when we hit a few snags (like any project), we found a work around good for everyone. I highly recommend and as a developer I can say this team/company would be a valuable addition to any project. Thanks again fellas.

Kevin is just plain awesome. We had an issue with our furnace and Kevin was quick to respond. When he got to our house he was knowledgeable, kind, and just an all around great human being. He was able to fix our problem quickly and also showed us some tips and tricks that were extremely helpful for us moving forward. It’s very rare to have this kind of service and we appreciate so much that Kevin was able to help us and give us peace of mind.

We had a tech come out almost 3 weeks ago to provide an estimate for gas lines we needed run under our house. He barely even looked at what we wanted done and promised a quote in 2-3 days. Luckily we had other companies give us quotes and complete the work, because we just got the estimate today! I followed up twice and both times it was promised the next day, but never came. Don’t waste your time.
