We had Ian out today to diagnose an electrical problem. Our entire neighborhood had a power outage which meant that they were unable to evaluate our problem until power was restored. The service team was very accommodating rescheduling us to later in the day. When Ian our technician arrived he was extremely friendly, professional and respectful of our time and money. He was thorough and made sure that we were satisfied with his work before leaving.
