Did less then half the job that was initially talked to about 2 years ago never finished job and then sent it to debt collectors the last I talked to was rude and truly in helpful and said it’s my fault for them not finishing the job and that I have to pay for the full job even tho they didn’t even do half the work

Listen to Beth Corder’s review. My experience was exactly the same except the project was different. They are horrible, if there’s a slight opportunity to cheat their customers, they would like they did me. Stay clear of them is all ill say.

Amazing service! I’m not sure of the man’s name who came to fix my porch light, but he was really kind to me and my toddler. My toddler kept running to our porch window to see what he was doing outside, and the man kept doing silly faces at him to make him laugh! Also, I didn’t expect them to come and fix my light so fast but they scheduled me to get the light fixed the next day! Thanks for being so kind! ☺️

Have had War-Mur out twice in the last couple years for electrical work — the most recent time when water infiltrated our electrical service box during the recent rain deluge. Very pleased with the people and the service.

Warmur installed power for a hottub hook up. Received $1400 invoice within a week, I paid, no issue. 2 months later hottub was delivered and hooked up (4 wires). Didn’t work correctly. Contacted Warmur, requested they come look. Employee glanced at control panel, said it looked like I hooked it up correctly, but he couldn’t test or even touch what I had hooked up, due to liability issues. Fair enough. He then advised that previous employee had installed wrong conduit, and he would fix it, but had to go back to warehouse to get correct conduit. Said I wouldn’t be charged to fix a mistake made by previous employee. Travel and fix took 3.5 hours. Had a hottub repair man come out and he advised that one pump wasn’t working. I asked him if hooking it up with the wrong conduit could have ruined the pump. He said it was possible, but he couldn’t tell for sure. Thought it was a done deal until 10 months later I received an invoice stating I owed $471 for 3.5 hrs of labor for “checked wiring done by others”. Nothing about replacing conduit wire. How do you spend 3.5 hrs checking wiring that you can’t touch? Called to clarify and to request a copy of the work order from the second visit. Guy who answered was rude and arrogant and told me I needed to speak to someone else. Requested that someone else call me when they were available. No return call, but they did send me a letter demanding payment or I would be sent to collections. Responded in writing, again requesting work order. No response. Received letter from collection agency demanding payment. Responded in writing. Again. Requesting all documentation. No response. Just posted to credit agencies destroying my credit score. Avoid them at all costs.

I have had War-Mur do minor but important work on my house’s electrics. I was surprised and pleased that they could send someone out same day I called. These guys are good at what they do. Each time required a competent analysis of an odd anomalous wiring issue. Both times, the War-Mur electrician found the problem quickly and solved it well. And the price was right. Highly recommended, 10/10

Johnathon arrived on time and after it was explained what was needed, he went right to work. He answered our questions and he was helpful making suggestions about installing some new light fixtures. We found him personable and professional and his services were much appreciated.
