This is one of many times we have used Iltens for our HVAC needs. From the Office staff to the technicians who come out and execute the plan they are always professional, fair, and friendly. We have no hesitation contacting them any time we need HVAC work done.

I had two different technicians on two different occasions piddle around in my furnace room for a couple of hours each with what ended up being only a temporary fix. I had to call a different company when the exact same thing was happening for the third time this season. I haven’t had a problem since. For years I went to this place, and so did my father when he was alive, but clearly something has changed that I want no part of anymore. I have better odds in a casino. It’s unfortunate to see what was a decent company do such terrible “work” now.

Weekend work done to remove fancy, complex and failed computerized thermastat put in by another company (which would not come out on a weekend) Did a workaround and returned to replace with a regular thermastat. Very nice people and was shocked that the price was so reasonable.

Just had the HVAC replaced, the pricing was reasonable and the service was great. The technician that did the work was prompt and explained how the new system was different the one we had. Was very pleased.

Ilten’s was originally scheduled to come week of 5/28. My central air was not working as of 5/23. They called me morning of 5/24 and a technician was on his way. He did a promt and complete fix. He was a technician who had been here before and repaired my hot water heating system and did a great job on that as well. Would strongly recommend them for any air-conditioning or hot water heating system repair or replacement. With sincere appreciation, David Ostrander Bever Ave. S.E. Cedar Rapids.

During the hottest week of the year, it was 90+ all week, our air condensor went out. No other companies put any sort of urgency into our situation until we called Ilten’s. They care about helping you, and customer service was the best we have ever experienced. They went above and beyond with warranty work (that they did not originally install). This company was in contact with Lennox and were able to get all the parts covered under our warranty. I am so happy with Ilten and will be calling them back in the future for any of my air needs! I highly recommend this company!
