Had them out in Feb to service unit. They had installed for previous owner. AC failed in June, CSS didn’t answer phone. Called another company that we had previously used. They came out in six hours. Drain for AC had never been cleaned in Feb. Also, the unit CSS sold to previous owner was too big for the home. CSS is not dependable at best.

Craig was our technician. He was on time and promptly completed his work. He explained everything to me so I could understand. A/C works great. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

On a very hot summer night I woke up to no A/C, I called CSS and their service technician came right over. He quickly fixed my air conditioner and my house was cool again. I cant thank CSS enough for their quick response.
