On the coldest day of the year, our furnace stopped working. We placed a call to John’s Heating & Air at 4:30 pm and a technician was at our house by 7:30 pm. Our furnace is old and parts are hard to find, but they had found a gas valve and had it fixed by 3:30 pm the next day. We are now shopping for a new furnace, and John’s Heating & Air will definitely be first on our list of providers.

What’s the point of having an address and photo of the building when there’s no office here? And no one answered the phone despite my calling within business hours. No biggie, though, I’m sure the reviews are accurate just this was my experience. Only had a few questions about what it’s like working in HVAC anyway nothing special.
