Company installed a new a/c and furnace I had a problem with it six months later. They promptly came out anf fixed the issue it was a short causing a blown fuse, they rewired it .Tge technician was very professional and courteous. I’m happy with the service they provided.

Horrible customer service. I went with Right Now when I purchased a new furnace and water heater for my home, so as a customer I expected better. I requested a service, due to my AC not working. I explained how it wasn’t working and needed someone to take a look before the temperature got above 100+F outside. I was read a blanketed script to wait until temperatures got below 100F (which it was… 75F at the time) and was told they are prioritizing people with emergencies. (My AC not working when the high is above 100F I felt qualified as an emergency, especially with my son and animals in the house). I hung up…. Called back when the temperature kept increasing in my house… was again read a script saying “sometimes AC can lag a little bit” and to wait to see if it comes down… as an engineer I understand the system to some degree and explained again that it wasn’t working. After some questions, and being placed on hold, they agreed to come out….. in a week. It’s 100+F for the next 10 days…. Right Now? Pfff more like Next Week. I know some of you are thinking “you’re an engineer… why didn’t you just fix it?” I did, but had to take time off work to do so. Anyways… rant over. Do better Next Week.
