Chuck was out on a job, up in a bucket, wind whistling round the extremities when he called me. I had called the company because my phone line had died within the house, and a very nice and understanding lady I spoke to in the office called him on his cellphone. He said she was concerned about me, so he called me to set up a time that day. He arrived sooner than I’d expected, and did an intricate job of rewiring outlets, bypassing and connecting, which took time. And he explained what he was doing because I am nebby. Beautiful job, worked great and a very nice man. Considering the amount of time and testing to diagnose the problem, and the subsequent work fixing it, I say the cost was very reasonable. We are really pleased.

I see that everybody else has the same experience with Right. The very pleasant lady that answered the phone listened to my situation and got me in touch with Chuck. Once I explained our predicament, he told me what he needed to get, and when he’d get there. He and I dodged raindrops for three hours, and he did a great job. Wasn’t how I wanted to spend a Friday morning, but boy, given the situation, I don’t know that it could’ve been any better or easier. Now, if only I could find somebody to build a deck or remodel a bathroom… Addendum: Got the bill today. Almost exactly 25% lower than what I expected. So that was nice too.

Chuck was our service technician who came out to inspect our electrical box with terminated wires. They were quick to schedule withawith promptly on time! Chuck was friendly and professional, he was able to correct our issue and was knowledgeable. I’d highly recommend, and was glad I was able to find a local company for our needs!

I was amazed at the timely and professional service I received. I called on a Monday morning and within a few hours, Chuck Geyer was at my home correcting the problem. He was very pleasant and skillful. I couldn’t have asked for better service. I would also like to note that when I called, a woman with a very pleasant voice commented that if they couldn’t send anyone out that day, they could make a recommendation. This was so reassuring. I really appreciated it. I recommend them whole heartedly!

Last weekend our meter was ripped off of house when a telephone pole fell over. We had been a day without power and that evening the power company finally came but after they cleared the road and put a new pole up, they were called away to another job (without restoring power). We called the power company to see if we needed an electrician come put the meter back on the house but no one could give us an answer. Early the next morning I emailed Right Electric before they even opened and later that morning the owner called me. He came out to the house within 20 min of getting off of the phone and saw our mess. He called Chuck off a job to come to our home to put the meter up so whenever the power company came back we would be all set for power again. Such nice people and we can not thank them enough! We will definitely be calling them again for our electric needs. THANK YOU Right Electric.
