Hired this company to install a new whip for a dishwasher. The electrician who came out did not do the work properly. This led to the plumber on the job calling him and demanding him return and do the job properly while the plumber stood over him and explained to him how to do the job properly. Then, when pushing the new machine into place the man took two massive chips out of the counter. He left without informing me of the damage, however, the other workers present watched it happen and came to me immediately to inform me. Over three hundred dollars was accept in cash as payment. No receipt was provided, no card was given, no means to reach them at all. (The plumber on the job had actually been the one to locate them for us so I didn’t even have a business name.) After almost a month they called to see how things went on the job. We told then everything written here. We were told the owner of the company would be reaching out within the next day. The next morning I reached out so that I could speak to the owner without interruption to my work day. I was told he was on vacation and would get ahold of me the following week if that was OK. I told them it was not and that I would prefer to handle this situation immediately. I was hung up on. I informed my fiance of what I was told and he tried calling. A very rude disrespectful woman kept hanging up on him after telling him that they can’t be held responcible for the damage after a month. Then she began refusing to answer anymore. Now instead of working this situation out quickly and quietly, we will be suing. We do have five other workmen that have agreed to act as witnesses as well as security cameras (typical both inside and outside in this subdivision) which show the man doing the damage. Do not hire this company. They do not know how to do their job, damage property and refuse to take responsibility.
