I can see that this RS Electric has the same reviews on this sight. We live in Elon on the golf course very quiet neighborhood. I was outside with my two granddaughters when a truck with RS Electric all over it came screaming down my street. I politely waved them to slow down and the driver made eye contact with me. They came slamming on the brakes up to the stop sign and then spun the tires as they took off. As if to tell me to screw off. I own a hardwood flooring company and I am in the construction business for 35 years and I promise no one in my neighborhood will ever use this company again. The safety of our families and our communities is peoples upmost importance. This is completely unacceptable. If this is a reflection of their work I would say this one star rating is completely warranted. When you have a vehicle with your company logo on it the driver and his driving aptitude is representing your company at all times while they are operating the vehicle. If I had an employee that I received a call like this I’m afraid they would be looking for a new job. Very disappointed. I hope ownership corrects this before someone’s child or pet gets seriously hurt or worst killed. This is not a joking matter.

I cannot personally say what the quality of this company’s work is. However I just witnessed a white, Dodge Ram truck. Coveed in their logos. Driving into Greensboro on Wendover Avenue. Driving extremely rude and wreckless. Whipping in and out of the lanes. Cutting between cars without once bothering himself to give a signal. Just to gain a few spaces in heavy traffic. Watched this guy for about 4 miles change lanes over 25 times. Often jumping from the far right all the to the far left lanes. Riding way to close to the unfortunate cars that found themselves in front of this guy. January 25th. 2024 at about 1:30 p.m. i certainly hope the quality of their work is not as careless and rushed as this man’s driving skills are. Maybe he was late for a job or meeting. Maybe he was having a bad day and decided to put everyone else on the road at risk. I do not know. But was a very poor representation of a professional electrical contractor. Clearly whatever his issue was is much more important than all the people forced to share the road with man.

I am can not thank Shane and his wife Caroline for working with me when I called them about upgrading electrical for my rental home to connect a brand new HVAC system! Called RS Johnson due to an electrical Fire on a rental unit after hours. Very courteous and respectful. Literally dropped everything and came out to my house and helped fix my issue and get my renters hot water back on. Service was prompt, great work and can trust the work. Is definitely my go to for electrical issues now.

Very professional and on time! I could not have asked for a better experience. Shane and his wife Caroline were kind enough to fit us into their busy schedule when we had an emergency situation arise. I could not have asked for anything better than our experience, if I could give them 10 stars I would!
