I used to work for this company. Very friendly office staff. However, I tried to give them some business with my new employer for some low voltage and thermostat work they said they were interested and then never called me. I tried contacting them again asking if this was something they wanted to do and they said yes and again no call from a technician! Very frustrating because I have tenants with no heat and can’t get a straight answer ):

Called this company wanting to get price quote and work done and they didn’t want to accept work. They said they didn’t want to do residential work and that they only want to take work that is for businesses. I guess people that own houses the money they own isn’t the same as people that have a business. Don’t waste your time doing business with this company or even bothering to call them. There are others that want to work and help you out.
