Elias was a really nice guy and came as promised but that’s where it ends. Promised the bids the next day then crickets. I’ve left messages and texts but he totally ghosted us. I hope something bad didn’t happen to him but if it didn’t he needs to make sure to keep his promises.

Gray Electric is a Veteran owned company. Elias is fast, honest and friendly. Before he came out he tried to have me do a couple things to fix my issues to save me money, but I couldn’t fix it. Those attributes are what makes a great company and for customers to continue to request his services.

During meal prep my microwave and range lost power, just stopped, no pop and no tripped breaker… I selected GRAY ELECTR based on close proximity to my home. Elias arrived on time and took the time to listen as I described the symptoms. At that time it could have been a myriad of issues causing the problem, but there was no “gee whiz, this could get expensive” talk. Elias, assisted by Logan, set out upon a diagnostic trip. After eliminating the obvious the focus changed from the breaker panel to the wire bundle above the microwave…loose connection! Thru common sense troubleshooting the problem had a solution and no drywall was harmed! 😁 Thanks to Elias of Gray Electric I have a great local electrician I can be confident in recommending to my friends!
