Victor came and cleaned my air conditioner. He and an associate connected a water hose to my hot water heater because there’s no external place to hook up water at my condo. They did a good job. He has a great personality and is very friendly. I would recommend him strongly.

Horrible timing for our AC to go out as it’s supposed to be over 100 degrees for the next three days and we have a baby in the house. We reached out last night after we discovered our AC was not working. While we received a quick response initially, the information was misleading. The message we received said we would be put on the first available appointment. No where in the message did it indicate that it was an answering service and that it was the first available “standby” appointment. We didn’t learn that until we called this morning around 9am to see if they would be able to come today only to be told they had nothing available and would only squeeze us in if they could on standby. Really poor business practice there guys.
