I called to schedule an outlet install on May 11 and set the appointment day on June 24th to be sure that they had time to do it. Whoever answers the phone was quite rude and short with me but nonetheless, the appointment was set for June 24th. The day came around and no one came to install or even bothered to contact me. I took an afternoon off for the install all for nothing. They wasted a month of my time and they were easily the most unprofessional company I have ever interacted with. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Very disappointed. I have hired this company on 2 or 3 different occasions. These were not cheap jobs. Called again for another job and they said they were too busy and asked me to call someone else. Guess there is no point these days in being loyal to a company – they don’t really value you as a customer.

Very poor customer service. After only 30 minutes at the house, they said they’d have to return the next week. Never showed or called. I called and spoke to a woman about it, who said she’d figure it out and call me right back. Haven’t heard from them in 2 weeks, except for an $85 bill!
