Sometimes life is hard in all directions, then the panel box goes out too. Cassie was incredibly helpful and able to have Chris come by our home, at the end of his work day. He was able to provide some electrical service to the house and arranged to return 2 days later to replace the box. He brought his apprentice. A very nice and professional young man named Noah. Together they were able to get our power up and running in less than a day. We are highly pleased and would recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician.

Appreciate the customer 1st experience. An outlet stopped working and I called to set-up an appointment. During the call there was a couple of troubleshooting tests suggested. Long story short, after some tests I discovered that the problem outlet (near floor level) had a test/reset button (in small inkless print) too & when test/reset test was completed it worked. I know I should have known but I couldn’t see the test/reset button!! As the rep said, it saved us both a trip. Thank-you

We had this company do some electrical work for us a couple of years ago and did an excellent job. So when I thought we needed an electrician for an emergency, I called them and was told to follow trouble shooting steps, instead of them just coming out and charging for a visit (diagnostic) because those steps would be what they did first. Fortunately, for me taking those steps resolved my issue and saved me $$ that I’m sure other companies would have taken without telling me about those steps. My description of this company can be summed up in three words: Integrity, Professional, and Personable.

I will start by saying that the electricians that came to do the work were very professional and helpful. Dealing with the company is where the issue is. I was scheduled to have someone come out to do repair work on some outlets on May 11th, when I called them on the 10th to confirm the appointment, I was told that I was actually on their schedule for May 18th and not the 11th. I had taken time off work to be there as I also needed to get an estimate on a project. I then cancelled time off and went to work on the 11th and the electricians actually showed up on the 11th! Luckily I was able to leave work and be there. I was told it would be a one person job and given a quote over the phone but two people showed up and I was charged for two people so my actual bill was about twice as much as I was quoted over the phone. Then I had the electrician look at the project I need done and give me the estimate. He told me he will write it up when he gets back and send it to me. I have not received the estimate from them since then. I have called them and asked when I can receive the estimate and schedule the work and every time they promise they will get it out to me but here we are at the end of the month and they will not send me the estimate nor let me schedule the project. I am now getting an estimate done by a different company but all the time I wasted waiting on them has put me that much farther behind on my project. I wish I had just given up on them and gone with someone else rather than wait three weeks for them to fulfill their promise. If they are not interested in doing my project I don’t understand why they will not just tell me that and call it good rather than give me the runaround and waste my time.

They we’re on time very professional the work was outstanding and the younger of the two electrician’s who was still in training did a very good job and very responsive to my to all questions. I would recommend them to anyone. When we have the rest of the work done I will be calling them.

This gentleman was amazing and didn’t cost us an arm and a leg. Used another one prior and they were rude and very unprofessional. Not to mention much less. Thank you Ahearn electric!
