This is the 3rd time we have used them and they never disappoint. They are responsive and get right to work on the problem. This time it was a leak in our landscaping that we have been fighting for months with our gardener. They were able to locate the issue and should have us up and running tomorrow. I highly recommend.

We were initially very happy with the re-piping of our house on February 21, 2024. But, after two months we noticed a leak in the kitchen. The new pipe inside the kitchen wall had a small leak causing water to migrate under the cabinets and moisture was making the molding along the bottom cabinets to warp and bow out. Brea/Orange County Plumbing sent someone to open the outside wall to fix the leak, which they did, but we still had the warped bowed out base molding. Two other guys from Brea/Orange County Plumbing came out to see about the base molding but they couldn’t fix it. There was also black mold on the dry wall inside the house; Brea/Orange County Plumbing sent someone out and replaced that portion of the dry wall, but did not fix the base molding. We then had another company come out, they took off the molding and there was black mold along the bottom of it. We have reached out to Brea Plumbing several times over the past few months with emails, texts and calls, but have not had any response from anyone. We were told by two different contractors that the mold needed to be taken care of or it could make you sick. Under the cabinets there is black mold on the dry wall and we can smell it; It may have caused me to have headaches for several weeks. We may have to get rid of the mold ourselves at our expense if Brea/Orange County plumbing refuses to due so. The base molding from the bottom of the cabinets has to be sent out to a cabinet maker to be refinished, also at our expense. Refer to the attached photos.

We had a spot on our bathroom wall that indicated a leak. It was not easily accessible, but Gage got to it without much trouble. As it turned out, neither he nor we could find a leak. He did what he could, suggested we leave the wall open for a while, and keep an eye on it. Before he left the service call, he returned a floor-to-ceiling shelf to its original place (I moved it out), which he did not have to do. The call was prompt and courteous!

Amazing service!!! We’ve been a customer of Brea Plumbing, Heating and Air for a while. We’ve always been great service and super friendly and competent service staff. Today was no exception. A/C went out and they were quick to respond and fix the issue. Keep in mind it’s July and hot. Just under and hour to analyze and repair the problem. We will continue using them for all our needs. Thanks BPHA!!

The call center that sets appointments was the best part of the experience and it went downhill. I was provided a quote of basic maintenance of 15 15-point inspections. The appointment was in time. Michael Salcedo was dispatched. This individual opened the air conditioning unit, and checked for bubbles and gaps. I agreed to add freon r-22 (2lbs). The cover was placed on the unit and through the slots, the cleaning was performed. This is incorrect procedure. This was completed on August 21 2023. I paid a whopping $603.35. I have called multiple times, to get an itemized invoice of all the inspections they promised so i have a record. No answer. The owner seems to be getting the messages but very puzzled as to why he does not respond and do the needful. This was a referral from Avis Heating and Airconditioning, who installed my central heat and air. They no longer serve my area. I will never respect or give business to this firm.

Don’t waste your time & money with this company! They are unresponsive and have the audacity to charge you a service fee when their technician fails to provide you a quote for the work being needed. We attempted to reach out to them for additional help and no one’s returned our calls. On top of it, their sales associate, Nicole, leaves you threatening voicemails saying they’re going to send you to collections if you don’t pay their service call fee. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
