My husband and I hired this company to install 4 ductless air conditioning units in our home. We spent $ 24,000 with this company. The units were installed incorrectly and caused $7500 in damages. The owner refused to return my phone calls and left us with a $7500 repair and damage bill. BUYER BEWARE.

Jeff was right on time and very professional. He was obviously knowledgeable about all the different aspects of my heating system and did an outstanding job.

Called multiple times about repairing a heating issue or getting a part so we could fix it ourselves. Every time we called we got a “Oh we are on it, we will call you back ASAP!” 4 calls later we went to a different company who had EXCELLENT service and helped us the first time.

We had a variety of products installed in August 2018 including central A/C, adding vented heating & cooling to our upstairs, whole home humidification and air purification. Fair price, and great reviews were helpful for making our decision to use Sunrise. Some delays and hiccups with the installation but after awhile it finally got resolved. I really appreciated Travis’ professionalism at time of estimate and the speed at which the project got moving along. Over the winter our home was much more comfortable with the humidifier. And with 3 young kids, not one person in our household was sick all winter thanks to the air purification. It really does work and I highly recommend it. Travis wasn’t kidding that the system is awesome. Over the winter we did need some service for a slight problem and in the process the technician said he noticed that some of their work from a few months earlier was done incorrect so he was able to fix that problem. This was unfortunate to hear about and our trust factor was dinged. At the time of order their “Gold Package” $189 was added for bi-annual service. My thermostat gives me an alert that over 6 months has passed now and I haven’t heard from Sunrise yet about doing a Spring maintenance tuning; so I called their number that’s on the website 587-3310. We’ve made 4 attempts yesterday and a few today, each time it goes to a voicemail service that says “this mailbox has not been setup, goodbye” and we tried reaching out to their ’contact us’ page but nobody has called back over 6 weeks later. How can a business operate if nobody is answering the phones or customers can’t leave a message? We spent over $10,000 last summer upgrading our existing new system yet can’t get service less than 1yr later. I would like to use the services that I’ve purchased or be able to contact Sunrise with questions if and when necessary. I believe they have gone out of business.

Sunrise installed a combi-boiler unit in a house that I just purchased. It was leaking into the wall and needed service so I tried to contact them. Not only do they not have anyone answering the phones–after a week of trying, but they also don’t even have a voicemail set up. They also they did not answer multiple email contacts. Is this company even still around?!?! This is totally unacceptable in 2019. Normally even this would be enough to cause concern. The real reason for this 1 star review is that we are now about to pay ~2k for a local company to fix the terrible install that they did originally. The system was not only installed completely incorrect, but they also just did very terrible work!!! Did the person who installed it know ANYTHING about what they were doing?!?!? Stay away from this company, if you can even get in contact with them.

Sunrise tech Robert came out oct 30 to diagnose a furnace problem. he quickly identified the problem and provided a cost effective estimate for a repair that would fix problem and improve furnace efficiency. Subsequently Robert returned and did the major repairs to the heat exchanger, condensate pump and return air ducts/filters. Now 4 months later very pleased that all continues to have worked well this winter.

They charged me $120 to spend 10 minutes telling me they had no idea what was wrong with my furnace despite the fact that I took a video demonstrating the sounds it was making. Since they couldn’t figure out what was wrong I asked for a quote on the part that I thought was wrong (an attic fan of some sort). The next day I had the sound return x10 and when I called and left a message nobody bothered to call me back. It’s been over a month and I have not had my calls returned or even a paper quote sent to me over what I discussed with the tech.

Called the day before Christmas to have my heater fixed in my freezing house. Person I talked to seemed like he didn’t want to help me. Looks like it’s going to be a cold Christmas for me and mine. Thanks sunrise!
