After the installation of a gas valve my heating system was still not working good but as soon as I called the company and made a complain a service tech was sent out and my problem was quickly resolved at no charge.

Zack is amazing!! Zack came out to check both our heating and cooling systems and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Even when he let me know the issues that were found he was able to help us get the systems replaced within a day. We won’t be using any other heating and cooling company, Just Right is awesome.

Have been a customer of JR since 2005 when they installed our AC, furnace, and water heater. We still have the same furnace and AC. Regular maintenance by JR has kept everything working. New water heater installed in 2018. Jim was personable and knowledgeable during today’s visit. 1-3-23 And Zack was here today to check a potential problem and cleaned the furnace while answering all my questions patiently as well as letting me see the camera photos of the vents. 10-19-23 Today July 10, 2024 was a total installation for AC and furnace to replace the installation from 2005. Tim, Chris, and Ken worked hard all day, answered all our questions, and treated the house with respect, not a construction site. They arrived on time this morning and left by 5:00 pm. All parts and labor are warranteed. Zack quoted the original estimate 3 weeks ago. We will continue to use Just Right Heating and Cooling for future seasonal clean and checks.

When our air conditioner failed on a hot day before a holiday, I thought there would be a long wait to have service. I made a phone call to Just Right and the day after the holiday, Zack rang our doorbell. After looking over our system, Zack found the problem and made it work again. Courteous, polite and efficient describe how Zack proceeded in his work. He explained what was not working and how it should. His expertise showed in everything he did. I trust Just Right!
