I won’t get into specifics, but I used them once and was highly disappointed by the overall experience. I called the next day and asked to speak to the owner to have an open and frank discussion about my dissatisfaction with the company. I was told that the owner was very busy but I asked him to call me back. That was over a week ago. He never called me back. I will not use them again or recommend them.

We have been using Bobby of Blacksburg Plumbing and Heating for over 20 years at our home and office. They always resolve the problem and come immediately when called with an emergency. They work wonderful with the town and projects go smoothly. I would not use anyone else.

Had a big leak in my water heater TP valve – found at 6 AM with a lot of water already making a mess. Reached the on-call person by calling the main number – he gave me immediate advice, and was out to fix it before 10 AM. I was overjoyed at the quick fix and fair price. They will be my go-to from now on!

Got our sewer line unclogged, came 3 days after call, spent less than an hour and got a bill for $610.00. Just one guy and no detailed receipt just labor and a camera charge of $140.00.

Sunday afternoon we discovered our exterior water line was leaking and flooding our basement, contacted our insurance company who in turn contacted Blacksburg Plumbing, they accepted the job and said they will call at 8:00 am Monday. No one called so I called them at 12:00, now I was told they won’t accept the job. It would have been nice if they would have let us know earlier that they changed their mind.

We had a blocked sewage line at our business. They came over the same day I called. Fixed the problem, no more issues since. Quick, and reasonable price. Definitely use them again.

Shane replaced a kitchen faucet for me. He was on time, professional, and worked hard. Couldn’t have asked for a better result: clean, nicely done, and works perfectly. He was friendly and showed me what the extra pieces that came with the faucet were for. I was very satisfied with the entire experience – from scheduling to the completion of the job. Recommend without reservations!
