My A/C stopped working on a Saturday, and within a couple of hours, One Source had a technician at my house ready to help. Once it was determined I needed a new unit, I had one installed and all of my ducts cleaned and encapsulated within a couple of days. All at a great price as well. I can’t say enough about the timeliness, efficiency, helpfulness, and overall professionalism demonstrated by the three different technicians I worked with and the owner.

This is undoubtedly the worst company to have to install a GENERAC generator. They do not stand behind their product at all and do not want to fix any problems. We had a generator installed and it has never came on automatically like it is supposed to. After having THREE technicians come out and make no attempt to fix it I was livid and wanted to talk to the owner. Whoever I talked was also very rude and only offered to send yet another tech. After having the electric go out this morning I called AGAIN because the website says they are open 24hours, but it’s just an answering service that says they are not to send any messages before 7 am. Google was where I had to turn to so I could figure out how to start the generator manually. I think they know why this generator won’t auto start and just don’t want to fix it or replace it with a generator that actually works properly. This is not my first generac that I have owned and have never had any problems with them. This one was installed by One Souce but has not operated as it should. Three technicians and over six months since it’s been installed and One Source still has not fixed the problem and they just say they don’t know what’s wrong with it! The technicians were friendly but that does not justify a good rating because the generator still does not operate properly

We just wanted to share a great experience with Parker Honeycutt this morning. He was thorough, made some suggestions but may have been the first time a technician hasn’t come to my house and told me something was wrong with my units and needing repairs, which was so nice! Everything is serviced and running smoothly. Thank you!

Parker was prompt, and very professional. It was a maintenance visit. He proceeded to show us before photos of what needed to be done. After we agreed to have the service, he completed it in a timely manner. He then showed us the after photos and wow! The work was excellent, the difference was amazing. He answered all our questions without hesitation. Explained everything we needed to know in regard to keeping our system working well. One Source is great 👍

Had issues with air conditioning so we called One Source in Pinson and they immediately sent Mr. Harry Webber out to take care of the problem. This company deserves more than a five star! From customer service rep to the technician was excellent. I will recommend and will be using them again. Thanks again One Source Heating, Cooling, & Electrical!

I want to have a generator installed for my home. I called One Source. They sent Gary D. This was the most pleasant, informative, professional person to represent this company. He helped me to make an informed decision and answered all questions without hesitation. He’s awesome!
