Hire West Side Hammer Electric if you want great electrical service. Steve and Roger are the best! Professional, respectful, very knowledgeable and patient answering all my questions. They explained the situation, and the resolution. After the work was performed everything was tested to ensure it was done right . They troubleshot and resolved a situation that had been plaguing me since I have lived here. They were very respectful of my home during the work and then did an excellent job cleaning up after the work.! I’ll be recommending them to everyone!!! Thank you

I had West Side Hammer Electric install a whole home automatic generator at my home. Matt came out to look at my home and recommend the right size generator and placement. He was very friendly and explained the entire project in detail. He kept me up to date on the installation timeline and was quick to respond to additional questions and changes I had. Roger and his team came out to do the installation. Everyone was very nice and took time to explain what they were going to be doing and how the system would work. Everyone worked well together and the installation came out great. After testing the system, Roger took the time to explain how the system worked, how to test the system and what the components did that were placed inside and outside my home. Overall, a great experience and I will recommend West Side Hammer to anyone looking for a complete generator installation.

Very poor communication on a job that I had them come out to do for a client. Did not find them to be interested in fixing problems and instead blamed other parties. Would not recommend them.

Extremely unhappy with their service. They needed a subcontractor to help with a complicated wiring of a thermostat . When they left system was not checked and when we tried to use it it didn’t work. Westside blamed the subcontractors and we had to pay again to have it fixed. Would not recommend them
