Called the number during NWAs single digit degree weekend and Jeff was able to inspect our unit only 20 minutes after calling. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable and identified the issue with our unit. Will be calling One Call Air for anything related to my HVAC going forward. 10/10 would recommend to anyone I know in NWA!

Jeff was awesome. He returned my call within 5 minutes and showed up to fix my A/C in about an hour. He was professional, came on a Sunday when it was 98 degrees out and my house had hit 85. His prices were also awesome. I will be using him in the future and referring him to friends.

We live in an area of Northwest Arkansas where it can be difficult to find home services, let alone those of superior quality. When bad weather struck, and our home was without heat, Jeff went above and beyond. He searched for the appropriate parts and fought the winter weather doing a great job and correcting errors from a previous installer that could have led to our home burning down. Highly recommend One Call! Update: One Call came to the rescue again when our unit went out during the hottest day of the year thus far. Jeff diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it, and for a very reasonable price. Thank you again!

Jeff from One call was able to come to fix the problem with my furnace and ac. He was able to diagnose the cause of the issue and provided the wanted recommendation. Very satisfied with his work and professionalism. Reliable and would recommend him for any HVAC issues.

Jeff arrived shortly after my initial call. Even earlier than his estimated arrival time that he provided. I tend to ask questions about things that I am not well versed in. Jeff answered all my questions without hesitation, provided additional insight, and explained in an easy-to-understand manner. He troubleshot our AC problem and I could tell he was genuine with his diagnosis. He didn’t try to upsell or obsfucate what the problem was. Price was competitive and I was proud to have supported the local guy. Will definitely be my go-to for future emergencies.

We had people coming over a famous AC Repair brand starting with “P” and they had told us that everything looks fine, but we noticed that the water was coming out of the emergency pipe rather than condensation pipe. We called One Call company and they came over and while I was waiting for them to tell me we need to renew the whole thing (as our neighbor with exact house plan and HVAC unit had to do last year). But he looked into it and realized unit was lowered down due to lack of support so he got into it and worked in the attic when it was freaking hot, but he went beyond the expectation to save us from spending a fortune on a new unit and make a better use of our current unit. After an hour he fixed everything and now we are good to go. I really want to appreciate your help guys.
