I have two main issues with GreenSavers. 1. They’d rather replace your HVAC system than bother with fixing it. They quoted me $30K+ to replace my two AC units and insisted that they could not be fixed. So I hired another company to fix them for $700 and they’ve been working great for more than a month now. 2. When you call them for support for something they installed they are slow to respond. I’ve been without hot water for about 24 hours (on a Friday) and I’ve left 3 messages with their overseas answering service but haven’t heard a word back from them yet. I paid them about $7K for labor alone to install my water heaters and they’ve stopped working twice in about 6 months. Now I’m waiting for some help…

GreenSavers installed a new gas furnace and heat pump in our Sunriver home. They helped us pick the right equipment and did excellent work installing it. The new system keeps the house feeling much more comfortable and we’re using less natural gas than before.

Greensavers people have been unfailingly knowledgeable, friendly and competent. They have a young staff with a strong understanding of climate issues and the need to shift from burning fuel to make heat to extracting heat from the outside air. They are patient and easy to work with. Installation of our ducted system took under two days and it works great, even during the cold snap.
