I got referred to this company after I had an electrician come out and look at my tire machine that needed a new switch. I tried calling around late October and left a voice message. I waited about a week and called again leaving a voicemail saying, “Hey, I was told you could replace this switch and I really need to know if you could do it and when. It’s extremely urgent so please call me back immediately.” Waited a few more days and called back again, left another voice message and still no reply. About 7 voicemails later over the course of 4 weeks I had given up thinking, “Well maybe he’s on holiday or something so I will just find someone else to do it.” A few weeks later I tried calling again and the exact same thing happened, left a voicemail with a callback number and never heard back. I talked to the electrician that referred me to him and he said “Yeah unfortunately he’s sort of like that, you pretty much have to just show up with whatever you need worked on without calling ahead for him to actually work on it.” It’s too bad that he and I couldn’t come together on this, I have a LOT of stuff with bad electrical problems sitting on the shelf that need to be repaired and I could have done a lot of business with him. I truly don’t understand why someone cannot be bothered to call someone back or pickup the phone even once out of the 10+ times I tried to call. Horrible customer service and I probably won’t ever bother trying to contact him again.
